Scott Horne

I’ve been an attorney with Horne and Associates PC in Dallas for 35 years. I’ve been involved in closing some 10,000 creative finance transactions and have purchased, remodeled, and sold over 2,500 single family homes. Additional I’m owner of 1st Option Title and OFN National Escrow with my partner, Susan Tierney. We also own many other businesses all vertically integrated in real estate. My passion is investing in real estate and my only strategy is Owner Financing, I hold over 300 owner finance notes.

Susan Tierney

Before investing in real estate, I spent 30 years in Sales, Marketing and Public Relations working with many of the country’s largest media firms. I started my own Media agency, Tierney Media in 1988 and it still exists today. My specialty was in helping entrepreneurial companies get their products on the shelves of the nation’s largest retailers such as Target, Walmart, and Best Buy. I wholesaled her first property in March of 2016. Today I currently hold 100+ Owner Financed Mortgages and it continues to be my primary investment strategies. I’m also partners with Scott Horne in our real estate investment business as well as other real estate related businesses.

Allyce Olivarez

I love helping people. I have been in this business for 15 years and what keeps me going is the reward of seeing people achieve a large life goal of purchasing a home. Or sellers downgrading or moving somewhere that accommodates their family better. I enjoy being a part of one of the largest purchases my clients will ever make. I love spending time with my 13 and 4 year old and my 6 year old Boston Terrier. They are the reason why I keep going every day. <3 I have a very adventurous, some would say wild, side to me. I love to try new things and enjoy a little thrill. I don’t take life too seriously. Laughing is a daily must and forgiving yourself is a requirement to love life. I try to treat every single person with kindness. You never know what that person faces daily. Love is my biggest goal.

Andrea Langston

What is the favorite part of my job: I love seeing the excitement when people are buying a new home. Whether they are buying their first home, or an investor buying their 10th property, there is always the excitement of something new and creating new memories. I also love that challenges that come with handling difficult transactions and making it all come together in time for closing. When I am not working, I stay busy with my animal rescue. I also enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends. I love off roading and camping. If you really knew me, you would know that I will probably die petting something I shouldn’t.

Sharon Figueroa

What’s the most favorite part of your job? Seeing how people can benefit from these transactions. Sellers get to avoid foreclosure and sometimes even get to buy or rent their properties back. Buyers can get the opportunity to buy their own home, which for one reason or another reason they couldn’t achieved in the traditional mortgage world. What do you like to do when you are not working? I like Outdoor activities, traveling and enjoy time with the family. If you really knew me….you’d know? That I love to travel and see different cultures, traditions and people.

Through eighteen years of progressive and diverse business experience in the Title and Escrow industry I have learned that each transaction is different, and each has its own challenges, personalities, and successes. The joy and satisfaction of seeing these transactions run smoothly and giving the best customer service possible to make the clients experience one they will remember is truly satisfying and rewarding. My other joy is definitely the 4-legged kind, I am an avid animal lover with the strongest being horses. I have owned cats, dogs, Wolves, and several horses over the course of my life. The unconditional love and support they give is rarely matched by humans. And I have a superpower, I just haven’t figured out what it is yet. 😉

I possess extensive knowledge of the closing process, coupled with a strong commitment to customer service. I hold a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University. I am proud mother to my only daughter. She is my pride and joy along with my two French Bulldogs.

After spending more than 20 years in the traditional Title & Escrow industry, I have been thrilled to include investor and owner financing transactions. Assisting our clients in building wealth through real estate across the country has been truly inspiring. The ever-changing nature of the title industry keeps me engaged and presents new challenges that I find exciting, and never boring. In my free time, I devote my energy to my family and our passion for football. Whether it's watching a college or NFL game with my husband and two boys, or we are cheering for our oldest son as he plays his second college season in Arizona. Additionally, I also devote time to fostering newborn kittens for a local Animal Rescue, specializing in bottle feeding. It's demanding work, with feedings every two hours around the clock, but the satisfaction of helping these vulnerable animals is immeasurable.

Tina Martinez is a seasoned Escrow Assistant and Funder with over 20 years of experience in customer service. Her extensive background spans lending, title services, and various small businesses, demonstrating a strong commitment to transparency and adaptability in every situation. Passionate about assisting others, Tina takes pride in her ability to navigate complex scenarios with clarity and care. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Tina is an active PTA President and dedicated mother to four children, including three college students and one pre- teenage daughter and a new granddaughter. She is deeply involved in her community, particularly in initiatives that support the elderly, homeless and enhance local welfare. Tina’s blend of professional expertise and personal dedication highlights her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact both in and out of the workplace.
